About the products
Are these medicines?
No. Herbiovet products are complementary feed for pets. They do not replace veterinary care and do not treat diseases. If your pet has acute or persistent problems, contact a vet.
Does my pet actually need supplements?
Not necessarily. A healthy pet on a complete food usually does fine without. Supplements are for when something specific is not working, or when a pet has extra needs. Heavy strain, old age, a sensitive stomach.
If you are unsure: email us. We are happy to tell you that you do not need it.
How long before I see a difference?
Allow four to six weeks for most products. The stomach products are often faster, the joint products slower. We publish a timeline on every product page, so you know what to expect and when.
Will my pet eat it?
Most dogs do without any problem, mixed into the food. For cats the trick depends on the product. Some tablets can be crumbled into wet food, others must be swallowed whole. It says so on the packaging and under Dosage on every product page.
Do the products work for cats?
Yes, the formulations work for both dogs and cats. The format, however, can be a challenge for picky cats, and we would rather say so beforehand than afterwards. If you are unsure whether a format suits your cat, email us before you order.
Can I give several Herbiovet products at the same time?
Usually yes. ANNUSTRESS and IMMUGROW PLUS share two herbs, so it is rarely necessary to give both at once. Compare the ingredient lists on the respective product pages. Unsure about a combination? Email us.
Can I give it together with medicine from the vet?
Always check with your vet first. Take the ingredient list from the product page to the appointment, it is complete, with amount per dose, and saves you both time.

Vad kostar det per dag för mitt djur?
Det beror på djurets storlek. NjurBalans kostar mellan 1,40 och 2,79 kr om dagen för en katt under 5 kg. LedLugn kostar 6,15 kr om dagen för en hund på 10 kg efter de första tre veckorna.
Vilket njurtillskott passar en äldre katt?
Njurfoder och fosfatbindare är delar av en behandling som veterinären bestämmer. NjurBalans är ett örtbaserat kompletteringsfoder som stödjer normal njurfunktion hos äldre djur och ersätter inget av dem. Dricker och kissar katten mer än förut ska du boka veterinärtid först.
Finns det något naturligt lugnande inför nyår?
Sinnesro är en örtsirap med helig basilika, ashwagandha, bacopa och amla. Den är inte sövande. Räkna med lugnare, inte orädd, och börja förbereda i god tid. Vid svår rädsla ska du prata med veterinären.
Innehåller LedLugn glukosamin eller grönläppad mussla?
Nej. LedLugn innehåller kalcium, fosfor, vitamin D3, Cissus quadrangularis och gurkmeja. Vi har skrivit en guide om vad forskningen säger om glukosamin och grönläppad mussla.
Vad gör jag om hunden blir lös i magen vid foderbyte?
Byt foder gradvis under ungefär sju dagar. Blir magen lös går du tillbaka ett steg och stannar där ett par dagar. Ring veterinären om det inte har vänt inom ett till två dygn, eller direkt om avföringen är blodig.
About manufacturing and contents
Where are the products made?
In Saharanpur in northern India, in a facility certified to GMP, HACCP and ISO. The manufacturer's name and address are printed on every pack. Formulation and quality requirements are set in Sweden.

Is it made in Sweden?
No, and we say so plainly. Herbiovet AB is Swedish and the products are developed here, but manufacturing takes place in India. We think it is better to tell you than to talk around it.
Who are you?
Herbiovet AB, a Swedish limited company based in Kalmar. Feed and supplements for animals are regulated in Sweden by the Swedish Board of Agriculture, and our texts follow the rules for complementary feed.
Do the products contain unnecessary additives?
No. A complete ingredient list with amount per dose is on every product page. No proprietary blends and no hidden contents. What you see is the full contents, apart from excipients.

How quickly is my order delivered?
We ship within 1 to 2 working days. The carrier's delivery time comes on top of that.
What does shipping cost?
Within Sweden: 65 kr standard shipping, 99 kr express. Free shipping from 399 kr. To Denmark and Finland 99 kr, free shipping from 599 kr. To the rest of the EU 129 kr, free shipping from 799 kr. To the United Kingdom 169 kr, free shipping from 1,199 kr. To the United States 349 kr, 199 kr from 1,500 kr and free shipping from 2,500 kr. Which payment methods are available?
At checkout you can pay with Swish, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Exactly what applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
About guarantee and returns
How does the 42-day guarantee work?
Use the product according to the dosage instructions on the packaging. If you and your pet see no difference, contact us within 42 days of purchase with your proof of purchase, and you get your money back.
Why 42 days? Because that is roughly how long a supplement actually needs. More about the guarantee.
Do I have to send the product back?
No. Keep it, or give it to someone who may have use for it.
What if the product is damaged on delivery?
Send us a photo and we send a new one. It should not cost you anything.
Do you have a question about your own pet rather than about a product? Write breed, age and weight in the email, so we do not have to ask. We would rather tell you that you do not need anything from us than sell you the wrong thing.
