Customer service

We reply to emails within 24 hours on weekdays. Please put your order number in the subject line, it speeds things up. If the question is whether a product suits your pet, it helps us if you include breed, age and weight.

We have no telephone support. That is a deliberate choice: we want to be able to read up and answer properly rather than guess on the spot.

Returns and complaints

Email us before you send anything back, and we tell you how to proceed. The terms are in our refund policy and our terms of purchase.

Retailers and partnerships

If you are a shop, clinic, grooming salon or kennel and want to sell Herbiovet, email us at the same address and we get back to you with a price list and terms.

Dispute resolution

If we cannot agree you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, ec.europa.eu/odr.
