IMMUGROW PLUS combines a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals, A, D3, E, the whole B complex and selenium, with four herbs traditionally used for everyday vitality: ashwagandha, alfalfa, holy basil and amla.

How long it takes
- Days 1 to 7 The body starts to absorb the vitamins and herbs.
