Try it for 42 days. If you see no difference, you get your money back.

You do not need to send anything back. You do not need to explain yourself. All we ask is that you give the product a real chance.

How it works.

Six weeks is roughly how long a supplement needs before you can tell whether it does anything. A 14-day guarantee would have looked more generous in an ad, but it would have run out before you had seen the answer.

  1. Use the product daily according to the dosage on the packaging for at least 42 days.

  2. Feel free to contact us along the way if anything feels uncertain. The wrong dose or the wrong product is the most common reason for no result, and we adjust that free of charge.

  3. No difference after 42 days? Email us with your order number within 42 days of delivery. We reply within one working day.

  4. The money is back on your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Keep the product, or give it away.

This is what applies.

  • Supplements work differently on different animals. That is why the guarantee exists.

  • The guarantee applies per product. If you buy three products and one does not work, you get a refund for that one.

  • It applies once per product and household.

  • For subscriptions it applies to the first delivery of a product you have not tried before.

  • It covers the product not giving the result you expected, that it holds the quality we promise, and that it is intact on delivery.

  • It does not cover allergic reactions, incorrect dosage or incorrect storage.

Before we refund we may ask a question about how you dosed. Not to question you, but because the wrong dose is what we can most often put right. If you would rather not answer, we refund anyway.

By law

Your right of withdrawal, 14 days.

Regardless of our guarantee, under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. This applies to unopened packaging. If you have opened the packaging the purchase cannot be withdrawn by law, for hygiene reasons, since it is a sealed health product for animals. Our 42-day guarantee above applies instead. It exists precisely because the law stops there.

  1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you are withdrawing from the purchase. Email info@herbiovet.se, or use the EU model withdrawal form if you prefer.

  2. Send the goods back unopened within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return shipping.

  3. We refund the full amount including the original shipping within 14 days of receiving the goods.

By law

If something is wrong with the goods.

If you have received the wrong item, damaged packaging or a product past its best-before date, you should make a complaint. Email us with the order number and ideally a photo, and we send a new one or refund. We pay the return shipping. The right to complain lasts three years under Swedish consumer law.

If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, arn.se, or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
